Increased Need for Behavioral Health Professionals
The client has strongly emphasized the importance of mental health care, offering highly competitive rates to psychiatric nurses and personnel. The demand for such staff only increased during the height of and following the COVID-19 pandemic. Based in large, metropolitan region with a massive and highly diverse patient population, the client determined it necessary to seek a staffing solution to augment its behavioral health offerings.

Due to this pre-existing relationship, the client decided to expand their partnership, and contract PHC to fill their critical psychiatric positions.

serve the hospital’s patient population, PHC staffed both in and out-patient psychiatric professionals to improve overall quality and scope of the hospital’s mental health care.
